Reduce fall risk
Targeted balance and proprioception work that measurably lowers the risk of the falls that change everything after 65.
Our Agile Aging Program is built around evidence-based techniques developed specifically for older adults — combining strength training, balance work, and mobility into a routine that meets you exactly where you are.
Sessions are led by licensed physical therapists who track real progress: better balance, more power, fewer falls. You'll work in a small group of peers chasing the same goals, with the personal attention of a one-on-one consult.
Whether you're recovering range of motion you've lost, looking to prevent the slow decline you've watched in others, or simply staying ahead of what aging tries to take — this is the program built for it.
Every session is designed around the outcomes that matter most as we age — the ones that determine whether you keep doing the things you love.
Targeted balance and proprioception work that measurably lowers the risk of the falls that change everything after 65.
Strength that translates — carrying groceries, climbing stairs, getting up from the floor — not just lifting weights for their own sake.
Regular assessments using DorsaVi 3D motion capture and Kinvent Force Plates — objective data, not guesswork.
Keep doing what you've always done — on your own terms — for as long as possible. That's the whole point.
Train alongside peers chasing the same goals. The accountability and camaraderie matter as much as the exercises.
Movement isn't only physical. Regular activity reduces stress, lifts mood, and keeps the cognitive benefits compounding for decades.
Each session covers all four pillars in different combinations. Nothing is bolt-on; everything is designed to reinforce the others. This is what separates a real program from a fitness class.
A complete movement routine that works every major muscle group, building the endurance to stay active throughout the day.
Power — the ability to produce force quickly — is what prevents falls. We train it deliberately and safely.
Coordination work that retrains the small stabilizing systems — reflexes, proprioception, vestibular response — that decline silently with age.
Regular check-ins with your therapist using objective tools so we can show you the progress you're making — and adjust what isn't working.
You're working with licensed physical therapists in a clinical setting, with the equipment and methodology to back it up. The same standard of care our orthopedic patients get — applied to the work of staying agile.
“I had been to a large PT group in the past but decided to try AR PT. I am so glad I did. Adam and his team are knowledgeable and professional and took a personal approach to my therapy. I had positive results in just a short time.”
Not at all. We meet you exactly where you are. Many participants come in feeling rusty, recovering from a setback, or worried they've waited too long. None of that is a problem — it's the reason the program exists.
Your first session includes an assessment so we know your starting point. From there, every exercise is scaled to what your body is ready for.
Group fitness classes are typically led by certified instructors. Our program is led by licensed physical therapists with doctoral training in human movement, working in a clinical setting with diagnostic equipment.
That means we can address conditions a fitness instructor can't — arthritis, post-surgical limitations, balance disorders, neuropathy — while still giving you a real workout.
The Agile Aging Program is offered as a self-pay wellness program, which is why we're able to keep sessions at $35. If you've recently had a physical therapy referral from a physician, we may be able to bill insurance for a separate evaluation — call us and we'll talk you through the options.
Comfortable clothing you can move in and athletic shoes with good support. Bring a water bottle. Everything else — equipment, mats, resistance tools — is provided.
Yes — and most participants do. Couples and friends often sign up together, and the accountability tends to keep everyone showing up. Each person registers individually so we can track progress, but the social aspect is part of what makes the program work.
The easiest way is a quick conversation. Call us at 315-932-5210 or request an appointment online — we'll talk through your goals, any concerns, and whether the Agile Aging Program is the right starting point. If it isn't, we'll point you toward what is.
Take the first step toward a more agile and graceful future. We'll walk you through everything in your first call — no commitment, no pressure.
